These general terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for the immersive exhibition "Atlantis - The Immersive Odyssey", organized by ActiveMe SRL. By purchasing a ticket online, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.


1.1 Rates: The prices of the tickets are listed on our website ( in euros, inclusive of VAT, and may be changed without prior notice by the organizer (ACTIVEME SRL).

1.2 Special conditions:

Special rates (for example, for persons with reduced mobility, seniors, children, or families) must be substantiated with official documents at the entrance of the exhibition during the access control.

Reservations are accepted under certain conditions: by email or by phone, followed by an email confirmation from the group leader to the email address The group must consist of a minimum of 15 people to benefit from a group rate. The reservation must be confirmed by email at least 5 working days before the date of the visit. If the number of people on the day of the visit is less than 15, the individual rate will apply to all present persons.

Special conditions for school groups: a reduced rate applies per student and per teacher (one free teacher per group of 15 students), regardless of the number of students.

The organizer confirms reservations by email, to which these general sales/reservation conditions are attached. This confirmation also includes a quote with an indicative amount based on the number of reserved entries.

The group leader is invited to read and confirm the reservation information included in the confirmation. Without a response from the group leader at least 4 working days before the visit, the reservation is considered valid, definitive, and due.

On the day of the visit, the group leader must present themselves at the exhibition reception with the confirmation as proof, 15 minutes before the start of the reserved session.

In case of delay on the day of the visit, the group leader is obliged to inform the reservation team at least 2 hours before the session by email or phone.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the session time based on the day's schedule and will inform the group leader accordingly.

Payments for groups (+15 people): Payment for all tickets must be made at the counter by the group leader 15 minutes before the start of the reserved session, on the same day. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, bancontact, maestro, visa debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

A payment after the visit can only be accepted after consultation and agreement of the organizers and the on-site responsible person.

Payments by cheque and any other means of payment are not accepted.

Cancellation for groups (+15 people): Cancellation of a "Standard" visit (excluding special events or animations) must be sent to the organizer by email or phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit date. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, administrative fees of 30% of the total VAT amount of the initial and confirmed quote will be charged to the group leader.


When purchasing tickets online, you must provide accurate, correct, complete, and up-to-date information. We use your data in accordance with our privacy policy to send tickets and promote our activities, ensuring their confidentiality.

During payment, the buyer automatically confirms the general sales and privacy conditions.


3.1 Issuance: After payment confirmation, your ticket will be sent to you by email in PDF format to the address provided during the reservation process, to be printed in portrait mode on white A4 paper or displayed visibly on your smartphone.

3.2 Validity: The ticket is only valid on the date and time selected at the time of purchase. It entitles to a single entry. The first person to present the ticket will be considered the rightful holder. Validity is checked at the entrance using a scanner to read the QR code of your ticket. A ticket is only valid once and for one category of person (adult, child, youth, person with reduced mobility, etc.). The ticket must be kept in possession of the visitor until the day of the visit. The ticket holder can be a different person from the buyer.


4.1 Order Confirmation: By confirming your order, you agree to pay the amount indicated. Payments are made online by bank cards (bancontact, maestro) or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through the Stripe payment platform.

4.2 Group Payments: Groups must make payment at the counter on the day of the visit. Payments by invoice after the visit are possible for groups upon prior arrangement with the organizer and/or the exhibition manager.


5.1 Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable, except in case of cancellation of the event by the organizer.

5.2 Changes: In case of a change in the date or time of your visit, please contact us in advance via email ( ) to check availability.

Entry tickets are valid for single entry at the check on the date and time mentioned on the ticket.

An unused ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.


6.1 Liability: We accept no liability in case of loss or theft of tickets. We reserve the right to refuse entry in case of inappropriate behavior.

6.2 Safety: Reproduction or counterfeiting of tickets is strictly prohibited. You must keep your ticket safe and not accept it from strangers.

By purchasing a ticket for "Atlantis - The Immersive Odyssey", you accept these terms of sale in their entirety.

"Atlantis - The Immersive Odyssey" is the intellectual and exclusive property of the company ACTIVEME SRL. Any commercial or public exploitation of content and communication must be approved and reviewed by the organizer.
